Home show march 2-4th

Walkerville Artist Co-op is going to be exhibiting at the Home show This march 2nd -4th, come down and see some paintings that might match well with your home. Have the opportunity to talk with us and have an artist make a personal piece of you family, or of that pet you love, or just something that sets off that room and declares that as your space .

Art Nouveau Piece

Dear Art Lovers

This is my new piece that I have been working on.

Overall she went awesome the blues compliment the piece but do not detract from the foal point of the main character. I hope who ever this little lady is she turns out to be is as pleased with her painting as the client who paid for her and I am.

Well today was working on Luke Sky-walker’s resemblance, Let me know what you think.

Updating my wall

Today was re-tooling my wall at the co-op. I think it worked out well, she looks professional, I even had time to change my plu’s (price point) and hang a couple paintings up on some of the bare walls to help the space look fuller.

Some prices are as low as $50 dollars. So check them out and see if one works for you.

Ray likeness

Well today was fooling around in gimp. (have to get use to the controls.)   I’m working on  correcting the pic of ray to make her more recognizable, she is closer to the original so that makes me happy.

Well I won Chris Fords space in the WAC Walkerville Co-op Gallery.  I am happy for a more prominent space.

Milk Jug

Finished the milk jug!

Well today is client submission day, when she lets me know if there are any changes she wants made to the milk jug.  wish me luck. 

Sculpture done.

Well today I finished the sculpting portion of the commission. On to the painting. :)

Well worked on constructing the sculpture on the milk can it a little harder than you might think. But I am confident it will work out in the end.

Well today was the second day on the milk jug, I got some decent progress, if all goes well tomorrow is sculpting.
